What We Collect

When you submit forms on Founder, Engineering Efficiency, or Evoquer pages, we collect your name, email address, optional context fields you provide (for example event details or pilot goals), page path, and campaign parameters (UTM values) if present.

Why We Collect It

We use this data to respond to your request, schedule consultations or pilot discussions, send relevant updates, and improve engagement quality. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors and Services

Form submissions are sent through Resend for email delivery and may be synced to Notion for internal lead management across product inquiries (Founder, Engineering Efficiency, Evoquer). Website analytics are collected with PostHog in a privacy-friendly configuration and only loaded after consent where required.

Product-Specific Notes

Evoquer requests may include event type, budget range, optional event date, location, and notes. Engineering Efficiency requests may include role, team size, and pilot priorities. Founder requests may include consultation context. These fields are used only to prepare relevant follow-up.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for communication, legal compliance, and business operations.
